Shanghai’s Pudong New Development

On 23 February 2021, the Group, together with GIC (Realty) Pte. Ltd., was awarded a mixed-use development site in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area. The site has an area of approximately 711,000 square feet and, subject to planning and construction approvals, is expected to yield a GFA of approximately 4.2 million square feet featuring offices, residential offerings and a mega shopping complex.
