Shenzhen Kerry Plaza

The 15,000 square-metre site of Shenzhen Kerry Plaza has been developed in two phases of office and ancillary retail space. Situated at the core of Futian CBD and connected with the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Railway Futian station, Shenzhen Kerry Plaza surveys the city’s executive region in the north, and is flanked by Futian Shangri-La Hotel and Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Shenzhen Kerry Plaza I has a site area of around 7,000 square metres, and is made up of a 100-metre twin tower, providing a total GFA of around 75,000 square metres.

Shenzhen Kerry Plaza II is a 200-metre skyscraper with a site area of 7,900 square metres. Completed in 2011, this Futian landmark is designated for office and ancillary retail space, with a total GFA of approximately 79,000 square metres.
